4. Press the brake pedal and keep it down until you see the parking lights flash 5 times (If
the horn is configured, you will hear 1, 2 or 3 honks).
5. Shut down the engine. Tach programming is now complete.

Tach Adjustments

After having programmed the tach you might need to adjust it (increase or decrease the idle
speed). In order to do so, you will need to follow these steps:
1- Flash the hood pin (see page 9)
2- Enter the programming centre (see page 10).
3- Press and hold the brake pedal
4- Press simultaneously the
LOCK
5- With the brake pedal still pressed,
a. Press to decrease the idle speed, or,
UNLOCK
b. Press to increase the idle speed.
LOCK
6- Once you have obtained the desired idle speed, press
parking lights will flash five times. If the horn has been configured you will hear one honk if the last
button pressed was and two honks if the last button pressed was
LOCK
7- Release the brake pedal and close the hood.
8- The adjustment is done.

Horn Timing

Follow these steps to program horn confirmation:
1. Ensure that the hood is up and that the ignition is

The parking lights will stay on for up to 20 seconds.

When the lower limit of 5 ms is reached, there will be a 1/4-sec. chirp.
When the upper limit of 200 ms is reached, there will be a 3/4-sec. chirp.
A system reset will set the module back to the default values: 30 ms.
