Developer Scattering Preventive Mechanism

• To prevent the image and the machine interior from being dirtied, the Toner Suction Fan
Motor (M20) and Toner Suction Fan Motor/K (M23) are incorporated to trap toner parti-
cles rising up inside the machine.

• For IU/YMC, a filter is installed behind the IU and toner particles are trapped by the Toner
Suction Fan Motor during development.
