Fan Removal Procedures

There are 4 fan motors installed in the printer to circulate air and to
prevent the internal temperature from rising.
1. Power supply fan (FM1): Blows air from the power supply.
2. Fuser/Scanner fan (FM2): Blows air from the fuser and the print-
head assembly.
3. Electrical assembly fan (FM3): Intake fan for the controller card.
4. Fuser fan (FM4): Blows air from the fuser.
