• Input mode
E> INPUT MODE
Use this feature to designate the input mode for sources
connected to the DIGITAL INPUT jacks when you turn on
this unit (see page 31 for details about the input mode).
Choices( AUTO. LAST
Select
AUTO to allow this unit to automatically detect
the type of input signal and select the appropriate input
mode.
Select LAST to set this unit to automatically select the
last input mode used for that source.
Note
F.ven if LAST is
selected,
the last setting for the EX/FS Fitton
will not be recalled.

Use to adjust the optional system parameters.

Use to adjust the brightness of the front panel display.
Choices: A to 0
Video conversion (HTR-5750 only)

Use this Mature to turn on/off conversion of composite
(VIDEO) signals to S-Video signals. This allows you to
output converted
\ hie() signals froth the
S VIDEO
jacks
when no S-Video signals arc input.
Choices:
ON. OFF
Select OFF not to convert any signals.
• Select ON to convert composite signals to S-Video
signals.
Note
Converted video signals arc only output to the MONITOR OUT
jiicks. When reckdding you must make the same type of video
connections I i.e.. S-Videoi between each component.
Memory
guard ED MEMORY
GLARE)
Use this feature to prevent accidental changes to DSP
program parameter \Lilacs and other system settings.
Choices: ON.
OFF
Select ON to protect:
DSP program parameters
• All SET MENU items
All speaker levels
When - MEMORY GUARD" is set to ON, you cannot use
the test tone or select any other SET MENU items.
