3.6 Playback Management

Choose "Playback" in the main menu to enter the video recording file search function or press
the 'Play' button on the DVR or Remote Control (see below).

3.6.1 Search Files

1. Channel: User may search by channel. To select a channel, ensure the box has an 'X'.
'Blank' denotes do not search that channel.
2. Start: Select the date and start time of the search. For example; you are looking who came
to your door on January 15, 2009 from 8:00 am and on. You would start the search at
01-15-2009 08:00:00 (Format = Month-Day-Year, Hour: Minute: Second)
3. End time: Select the end date and time of the search. For example; you are looking who
came to your door from 8:00 am to 6:00pm on January 15, 2009. You would start the
search at 08:00:00 and end the search at 01-15-2009 18:00:00.
NOTE: DVR works on military time (24 hour clock)
4. Event: User may also search by recorded format.
recorded files via; Manual Record (MAN), Schedule Record (SCH) or Motion Detected
(MTD) "X" means selected for search; "Blank" means not selected.
NOTE: User may search all 3 recorded formats by selecting 'X' in all 3 boxes
5. Search: Click the search button to list the recorded files according to the setup above.
Clicking the "SEARCH" button will display the Search Results Page below.
6. Cancel: Click the "CANCEL" to return to the previous menu.
