1. Lift the cover release lever (1) and open the top cover (2).
Important:
• • • • Close the multi-purpose input tray (3) before opening
the top cover.
Remove the jammed paper.

Case 1:
When the recording paper has jammed near the drum and
toner unit:
Remove the jammed paper (1) carefully by pulling it upwards.
Remove the jammed paper (1) carefully by pulling it to the right.
