WARNING: Keep fingers and hands away from pinion gears when rotating the differential case with the special tool.
NOTE: Loosen or tighten the hex-head screw, as necessary, to allow the differential pinion gears and differential side gears to rotate.
Insert the special tool into the pinion shaft bore, and rotate the differential case until the pinion shaft holes in the differential case align with the pinion shaft holes in the differential
pinion gears.
13. Remove the special tool from the differential case.
14. Remove the special tool from the differential case.
15. Install the differential pinion shaft in the differential case. Install the new bolt finger-tight.
16. Using the special tool, install the differential bearings, if removed.
