This document aids service personnel in testing and repairing V6 telephones. Service personnel

Scope
This manual provides basic information relating to V6 telephones, and also to provide procedures
and processes for repairing the units at Level 1 and 2 service centers including:
• Unit swap out
• Repairing of mechanical faults
• Basic modular troubleshooting
• Testing and verification of unit functionality
• Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair
centers.
