Close all programs, then restart your convertible
notebook.
To check the memory:

Click or tap
Panel. The Control Panel window opens.

Click or tap System and Maintenance.

Click or tap Administrative Tools.

Double-click or double-tap Memory Diagnostics
Tool, then follow the on-screen instructions.
