8 - Cardio

The Cardio workout is designed to maintain a high total demand using two four-minute segments of
alternating incline. This allows prolonged intervals that take advantage of long-term energy systems
and total aerobic capability when associated with speeds that require a high sustained cardiovascular
demand.
