Closed – bus is slowed down to 66MHz PCI-X

Installing the Memory

Before attempting to install any memory, make sure that the memory you have is compatible with the
motherboard as well as the processor. The D1808 board supports up to eight 240-pin 1.8-Volt
DDR2-667/533 ECC FB-DIMM modules.
Here are a few key points to note before installing memory into your D1808:
256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB and 4GB ECC FB-DIMM memory modules are supported
All installed memory will be automatically detected - no need to set any jumpers
The D1808 supports up to 32 GB of memory
Memory modules are organized in pairs. Both modules of a pair must be of same type and
density, otherwise the memory may not be detected correctly or system instability may be
caused.
For debug mode, one FB-DIMM module can be used plugged into DIMM1 socket
