9.1 Messages

Below we have listed a number of messages which may be shown in the display of the Husqvarna
Automower
305. If the same message appears often: contact your dealer.

Message
Left wheel motor
blocked
Right wheel motor
blocked
Blade disc blocked
No loop signal
Trapped
9. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Cause
Grass or other object has wrapped
around the drive wheel.
Grass or other object has wrapped
around the drive wheel.
Grass or other object has wrapped
around the blade disc.
The blade disc lies in a pool of water.
The transformer is not connected.
Boundary wire broken.
The boundary wire is laid in the wrong
direction around an island.
The connection between Automower
305 and the charging station has
been lost.
Disturbances from metal objects
(fences, reinforcement steel) or
buried cables close by.
Automower
®
305 has got caught in
something.
Automower
305 gets stuck behind a
®
number of obstacles.
Action
Check the drive wheel and remove
the grass or other object.
Check the drive wheel and remove
the grass or other object.
Check the blade disc and remove the
grass or other object.
Move the mower and if possible
prevent the collection of water in the
working area.
Check the wall socket connection and
whether the miniature circuit-breaker
has tripped. Check that the low
voltage cable is connected to the
charging station.
Check the LED signals on the
charging station, see Checking the
installation. Repair the broken cable
using an original waterproof coupler.
Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in chapter 3 Installation.
Park Automower
305 in the charging
®
®
station and generate a new loop
signal via Security -> New loop signal
(3-3).
Try moving the boundary wire.
Free Automower
®
305 and rectify the
reason for it getting trapped.
Check if there are any obstacles
which make it hard for Automower
305 to move on from this place.
