Security levels (3-2)
There are three security levels to choose from: low,
medium and high. Low and medium security prohibits
access to Automower
unknown. High security also includes a warning that
sounds if the correct PIN code is not entered after a
designated time period.

We recommend using the High security level
at all times.
• Time lock
This function entails that Automower
be started after 30 days without first entering the
correct PIN code. When the 30 days has passed
Automower 305 will continue to mow as normal,
®
but the Enter PIN code message appears when
the cover is opened. Enter your code again and
press OK.
• PIN request
This function means that Automower
requests a PIN code when the main switch is set
to 1 and when the STOP button has been pressed.
The correct PIN code must be entered to use
Automower ® 305.
• Alarm
This function means that the PIN code must be
entered within 10 seconds after the STOP button
has been pressed or the mower has been lifted up
for any reason. The alarm sounds if the correct
PIN code has not been entered after three
attempts. The alarm can be turned off at any time
by entering the correct PIN code.
New loop signal (3-3)
The loop signal is randomly selected to create a
unique link between the mower and the charging
station. In rare cases, there may be a need to
generate a new signal, for instance if two adjacent
installations have a very similar signal.
• Park the mower in the charging station.
• Select New loop signal in the menu and press
OK.
