IMPORTANT: About your GFCI Circuit Breaker — The GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter — also
called a "circuit breaker") is an electrical safety switch that automatically shuts off power to the spa
in case of an electrical malfunction. You must have a GFCI installed according to your local
building codes in an electrical power box near your spa. The GFCI should be OFF before you fill your
spa. You can manually turn off power to the spa any time by using the GFCI. Just push the switch to
the OFF position. After turning off the GFCI, make sure the control panel display window is blank, so
you know the power is off. When you are ready to turn the power back on, you can reset the GFCI
by returning the switch to the ON position.
If you have questions about the location or operation of your GFCI, ask your dealer to explain it to
you. Do not use your spa unless you understand the operation of the GFCI.
