OPTIONAL FEATURE: If your spa is equipped with the optional Vision
Cartridge filtration system "CHANGE VISION CARTRIDGE" appears in
the Display Window when it is time to replace it. For details see the
separate instructions that came with your Vision
Cartridge.
To reset (turn off) this message, push and hold the Dimension One Spas
ICON (logo) Button located at the right hand side of the control panel
for 3 seconds.
When "SPA CHECK UP" appears in the Digital Display Window, we
recommend that you have your hot tub inspected by your dealer for
routine preventative maintenance.
To reset (turn off) this message, push and hold the
Dimension One Spas ICON (logo) Button located at
the right hand side of the control panel for 3 seconds.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER when "OVERHEAT" appears in the Display
Window! Check the water temperature with a certified thermometer,
and if it is above 104° F (≅40° C), remove the hot tub cover and allow
the water to cool. If the problem recurs, contact your local Authorized
Dimension One Spas Dealer, or authorized service center
The overheat condition could be caused by excessive
filtration. See the
information.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER if you see the message, "CHECK WATER LEVEL
-CLEAN FILTER-IF PROBLEM CONTINUES, TURN OFF POWER AND RESTART
THE SYSTEM-IF PROBLEM CONTINUES, CALL FOR SERVICE" in the Display
Window.
If the water level is high enough, clean the filters as directed. The
warning should stop once the problem is fixed. If the problem persists,
reset the power to the spa by turning off the GFCI breaker and then
back on.
If the problem persists after resetting the spa, contact your local
Authorized Dimension One Spas Dealer, or authorized service center.
