Cleaning/main erase mechanism

A. Main erase lamp/K control
• IU/K has a main erase lamp/K located on the upstream side of the cleaning blade to
improve cleaning performance.
• Main erase lamp/K radiation onto the surface of the PC drum removes electric charge
remaining on the surface and makes the cleaning operation by the cleaning blade easier.
