To Check Details of Stored Documents

Press the { { { { Document Server} } } } key.

Select the document for which you want to display detailed information.
Note
❒ If a password has been set for the document, enter it, and then press [OK].

Press [Details].
Detailed information about the document is displayed.
Note
❒ If you have selected several documents, use [U U U U ] and [T T T T ] to view the details
of each.
❒ Press [OK]. The "Select Files" display appears.
