Logical Port Layout
Each ADIX-VS physical port has a corresponding logical port number. Depending on the type of
circuit, the logical port number will be either a:
ƒ
Station Logical Port Number
ƒ
Trunk Logical Port Number
ƒ
Miscellaneous Logical Port Number
The logical port number identifies an exact circuit for programming. For example, if an IX-2CITK
card is installed in card slot 1, it is connected to circuits represented by physical ports 065 and 066.
These physical ports correspond with trunk logical ports 010 and 011.
