Rx Speaker Function - Icom IC-M504 Instruction Manual

• Whle n the Intercom mode, the transcever functons
(transmt and receve) are nterrupted. If the transcever
s n transmt condton, the Intercom functon s not aval-
able.
• When a DSC call s receved, the ntercom functon s
nterrupted wth an automatc return to the transcever
mode. The transcever's dsplay ndcates 'Recevng
DSC calls.' (p. 41)
• When a WX alert s receved, "WX ALERT" blnks and
a beep sounds. The WX alert sounds after the Intercom
use s finshed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS

■ RX Speaker function

The IC-M504 has an RX Speaker functon. When ths func-
ton s turned ON, the receved audo can be heard on the
deck or tower va an external speaker or haler speaker.
Connect an external speaker or haler speaker as descrbed
on p. 58.
q Push and hold [HAIL•RX
Speaker mode.
• "RX " appears
• Rotate [DIAL] to adjust the audo output level, push [DIAL•
ENTER].
