ENGINE ASSEMBLY

Securely support the vehicle so there is no
danger of it falling over when installing
engine.
1. Install:
9 engine assembly
9 pivot shaft 1
9 washer
9 pivot shaft nut
9 rear upper mounting bolt 2
9 washer
9 rear upper mounting nut
9 front mounting bolt 3
9 washer
9 front mounting nut
9 plate (left and right) 4
9 plate bolts (front and rear) 5
9 washers (front and rear)
9 plate nuts (front and rear)
9 rear lower mounting bolt 6
9 washer
9 rear lower mounting nut
2. Temporary tighten:
9 plate nuts (front and rear) 7
10 Nm (1.0 m·kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
3. Tighten:
9 pivot shaft nut 8
66 Nm (6.6 m•kg, 48 ft•lb)
9 rear upper mounting nut 9
72 Nm (7.2 m·kg, 52 ft•lb)
9 front mounting nut 0
72 Nm (7.2 m·kg, 52 ft•lb)
9 plate nuts (front and rear) 7
34 Nm (3.4 m·kg, 25 ft•lb)
9 rear lower mounting nut q
34 Nm (3.4 m·kg, 25 ft•lb)
