FINAL DRIVE OIL
Oil Level Check
Check the final drive oil level when speci-
e fied by the maintenance schedule.
Place the motorcycle on its center stand
on level ground.
Remove the oil filler cap
(I).
Check that the final gear case is filled up
to the lower edge of the oil inspection hole
(2).
Add the recommended oil until
it
reaches
the lower e.dge of the oil inspection hole, if
required.
Recommended oil: HYPOID GEAR OIL
SAE 90 (Above 5°C/41°F)
SAE 80 (Below 5°C/41°F)
