Symptom
Images are not
displayed or refreshed
smoothly.
Cause/solution
Delete temporary Internet files as follows:
1. Select [Internet Options...] from [Tools] on the menu bar
®
of Internet Explorer
.
2. Click the [Delete Files...] button in the "Temporary
Internet files" section.
The anti-virus software's firewall function might be filtering
the camera's port. Set the camera's HTTP port number so
that the software does not block it.
