4.9 Adjustable ringer signal /
melody
To set the ringer call tone volume and melody to
meet individual requirements KB 22 has the option
to program nine different volumes and melodies.
If you do not want to be disturbed you can also
switch off the ringer. It will be switched on again
automatically when you next lift and replace the
handset. In case of ringer switched of there will be
an indication of an incoming call by flashing LED
on the backside of the handset.
To adjust ringer signal please proceed as follows:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press the Memory/ Mute key
LED will be switched on.
3. Press the key
4. Now enter a number from 0 to 9.
1 Music soft
2 Music normal
3 Music loud
4 Standard soft
5 Standard normal
5. Press the
receiver. You can check the newly chosen
settings the next time you receive an
incoming call.
3.10 Message-Waiting LED
The Led on the backside of the handset can be
also used for Message Waiting Indication e.g. in
hotels. If the mailbox received a message the LED
will light. After you pick up the handset the LED
will turn off.
