Lift Up Belt Lock Off
Plate "B"
Remove LATCH
Connectors
Open LATCH storage door.
Press on the red release
button on each connector
and remove each
connector. Completely
close and lock the storage
door.
Thread LATCH Belt
Thread LATCH connector
closest to the adjuster
through the right side belt
path opening.
Thread LATCH connector
without the adjuster through
the left side belt path
opening.
7.
Connect LATCH to
Vehicle LATCH Anchor
NOTE: The LATCH's red
release button MUST face
away from child restraint
and the arrows on
connectors MUST face up.
Fasten one LATCH belt
connector to the anchor
in the vehicle seat
located in the vehicle
seat bight. Repeat for
other side of child
restraint.
8.
Tighten LATCH Belt
Push down FIRMLY on the
base and pull up on the
loop to tighten belt.
Tip: Push base down and
towards the vehicle seat
back to help get a snug
fit.
9.
Tuck Loose End of Belt
You MUST tuck loose end
of the LATCH belt back
through the belt path hole.
