Remove cotter pin and one metal washer from axle leaving one plastic washer on the axle. With the spokes facing out, slide a wheel onto the axle.

Push down firmly on each side to make sure the canopy is fully snapped into place. To Use / Para Uso Seat Position To lower seat back completely: Lift the clamp lever (Figure 2) and lower seat back (Figure 2a). Push clamp lever closed. To raise seat back: Lift clamp lever. Hold end of strap, slide clamp lever up, pushing seat forward and push clamp lever closed.

To Use / Para Uso Restraint System Place your child in the stroller, with the crotch strap between the child’s legs. Fasten both buckles (Figure 5). Tighten waist and shoulder straps snugly around your child (Figure 5a). Shoulder straps: To tighten, loosen strap at (A) and slide buckle up (Figure 5b).
