Playing a file (continued)

Playing a file repeatedly

During playback, press and hold the 
button.
The repeat play mark (
selected file will be played repeatedly.
To exit the repeat play mode
To resume normal playback, press the
button again.
To change the playback mode
You can select the playback mode, such as
shuffle play or repeat play, in the menu.
In play or playback stop mode, press the
OPTION button to display the OPTION menu,
select "Play Mode," and then press the
button.
Playing a specific section

In play or playback stop mode, press
the OPTION button to display the
OPTION menu, select "Start A-B
Repeat Mode," and then press the 
button.
"Set Start of A-B Repeat" is displayed.

During playback, press  to specify
the starting point (A).
"Set End of A-B Repeat" is displayed.

Press  again to specify the finishing
point (B).
The specified section is played repeatedly.
To change the range of the A-B repeat
playback, press
again during the A-B
repeat playback and perform the steps 2

Searching a desired point
quickly (Easy Search)
The Easy Search function allows you to quickly
locate the point at which you can also wish
to start playback. You can set the skip time
interval, which is useful for locating a desired
point in a long meeting or other recording.

In play or playback stop mode, press
the OPTION button to display the
OPTION menu, select "Easy Search,"
and then press the  button.

Press  and  to select "ON" or "Set
Skip Time," and then press the 
button.
If you select "ON," the "Easy Search" setting
menu is closed.
If you select "Set Skip Time," proceed to the
next step.

Press  and  to select "Forward Skip
Time" or "Reverse Skip Time," and
then press the  button.
