    FEATURES & OPERATING CONTROLS A. INFINITE SWITCH 1. On INFINITE SWITCH CONTROLLED warmers, power is applied to the heating element based on the control knob position and the amount of energy consumed. 2. The desired temperature is controlled by rotating the TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB.
