KYOCERA Client Tool

KYOCERA Client Tool gives you quick access to frequently-used features and settings, plus the current status of all
supported devices. You can also order toner, download printer drivers, access KYOCERA Net Viewer, open the company
website, and view printer documentation.
Install KYOCERA Client Tool from the provided Product Library disc.
Note For the detailed functions of the KYOCERA Client Tool, refer to the KYOCERA Client Tool User Guide.
Accessing the KYOCERA Client Tool
To open the KYOCERA Client Tool, click Start > All Programs > Kyocera > Client Tool > KYOCERA Client Tool.

1 The drop-down list at the top of the KYOCERA Client Tool dialog
box includes all supported devices. You can select a model from
this list to view its properties and select available options, such
as configuration, maintenance, and driver download.
2 The Print tab gives you access to printer driver preferences and
properties. You can select printer driver settings by clicking the
Preferences and Properties buttons.
3 The Device tab lets you configure a device, view
documentation, restart a device, and restore factory default
settings.
Click Configuration to display the Configuration screen. This
lets you configure various printer settings. Refer to Configuration
on page 2-12.
