To record a memo

You can record a message
from your handset which can
be listened to and deleted just
like other received messages.
Note
If your BT Diverse 5450 answering
machine has mailboxes in use, you
must select the mailbox where you
want to save a message.
Press the RIGHT button.
Press DOWN to scroll to
Voice Mail .
Press OK.

Press DOWN to scroll to
Record Memo .
Press OK.
OK
Or
If more than one mailbox has
been set.
Press DOWN to scroll to
Mailbox 1-3 .
Press OK. Display shows
OK
Press OK .
Press OK to confirm. You hear
OK
a beep. Speak your message.
Press END to finish recording.
END
Press and hold the RED
PHONE to return to the idle
screen.
