User Boxes

Logging in to the administrator mode enables you to handle a User Box without entering the password when
opening it.

Description
Configure the TCP Socket settings to have a data communication between
this machine and the application software in your computer.
Configure IEEE802.1X authentication settings.
Select whether to enable or disable LLTD.
Configure the SSDP settings.
Select whether to enable or disable Bluetooth.
• To enable a Bluetooth communication, contact your service represent-
ative in advance.
Description
Opens the currently created User Box (Public, Group, or Personal User
Box) to enable you to change the User Box setting.
• Document operations are not available in the administrator mode.
• User Box operations are available even if a password is specified for
the target User Box.
Enables to create a new User Box.
Open the System User Box (Bulletin Board, Relay, or Annotation User Box)
to enable you to handle a document saved in the User Box or change the
User Box setting.
• The Bulletin Board and Relay User Boxes are available when the op-
tional Fax Kit is installed.
Enables you to create a new Bulletin Board, Relay, or Annotation User Box.
• The Bulletin Board and Relay User Boxes are available when the op-
tional Fax Kit is installed.
