User Boxes allow you to save a document on your MFP for printing and sending.
1. Press [Menu].
2. Press [Utility].
3. Select [One Touch/User Box Registration].
4. Select [Create User Box].
5. Select [Public] or [Personal User Box].
6. Select [New].
7. Input a [User Box Name].
8. Input a password. Note: ID and password are case sensitive.
If you do not want a password, skip this step.
Reenter password.
9. Select [Forward].
10. Highlight the desired [Auto Document Delete Time].
11. Select [OK].
Make note of your User Box No., you will need it if you wish to save to your User Box from your PC.
