Emergency Front Wheel
Removal/Installation
Refer to Saf ety Precautions
We recommend wheel removal be done
only by your Honda dealer or another
qualified mechanic. Do not attempt to
remove the wheel on your own. Wheel
removal requires mechanical skill and
professional tools.
Removal
1. Park your motorcycle on its center stand
on a firm, level surface.
2. Cover both sides of the front wheel
with protective tape ( ) or an
equivalent.

3. Raise the front wheel off the ground by
lowering the center stand (page

fairing.
