4 Replacement Procedures

Installing the Thermal Module

Install the Thermal Module according to the following procedures.
1. Reapply Shinetsu 7762 grease on the thermal module as shown in Figure 4.33. If you use
a new thermal module, remove any release papers from the thermal pads first.

2. Seat the thermal module on the motherboard and secure it with four M2x4.5 screws
according to the number sequence on the thermal module.
