Schedule a Conference:

STEP 1 Determine the participants and tell them the date and time
STEP 2 Provide them with the dial-in phone number
STEP 3 Provide them with the 7-digit access code
Start an Audio Conference:
STEP 1 Dial the conference dial-in phone number
STEP 2 Enter 7-digit access code and your chairperson passcode
STEP 3 Follow voice prompts for special options
STEP 4 Begin the meeting
