Call Control

Call Control, enables you to place, receive and manage
your calls through a web interface. To access Call Control
click
Microsoft
View and click-to-dial contacts from your Outlook
STEP 1 Open the Call Control menu in the Web Portal
STEP 2 Select Outlook Integration
STEP 3 Click the On button
STEP 4
Click
exit the screen
You can now place phone calls directly from Outlook
Call Control in the Web Portal menu
