The Flash code from the Pilot Plus battery gauge are shown below. The number of flashes is
indicated by the number of LED's illuminated.

Joystick Module Trip
SERVICE MANUAL
has been corrupted. Try re-
programming the system or replace
the master remote.
Notes
Less LED's imply a
reduced battery charge/
Charge batteries as soon
as possible.
The steady LED's indicate
the current level of battery
charge.
Turn control off then back
on again to clear.
See the following tables.
Notes
Check the connections to the
battery. If the connections are
good.
Charge the batteries.
Check the connections to the left hand
motor and the power module.
Left Hand Motor has a Short Circuit
Fault.
Check the connections to the left hand
motor and the power module.
Check wire harness Insulation.
Check Battery Connection and wiring
Check the connections to the right
hand motor and the power module.
Right Hand Motor has a Short Circuit
Fault.
Check the connections to the Right
hand motor and the power module.
Check wire harness Insulation.
Check Battery Connection and wiring
Check the battery charger is
disconnected.
Check external control modules are
wired and programmed correctly.
Check that the joystick is in the center
position before switching on the control
system.
