Please follow the step-by-step procedure designed to lead you to a complete and correct installation. Step 1. CPU Installation ® Follow these instructions to install your Pentium class processor correctly.

Align the blunt edge of the CPU with the matching pinhole distinctive edge on the socket. Seat the processor in the socket completely and without forcing. Then close the socket handle to secure the CPU in place.

Back Panel Connections All external devices such as the keyboard, printer, PS/2 mouse, modem, USB, monitor, joystick and audio devices (speakers/ headphones, microphone and CD/cassette player) can be plugged directly onto the Motherboard back panel. Only after you have fixed and locked the Motherboard to the computer case can you start connecting the external peripheral devices.
