1. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.1 Introduction

Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing Pegasus F2 N 2S, a FERROLI fl oor-standing boiler featuring advanced
design, cutting-edge technology, high reliability and quality construction. Please read this manual
carefully and keep it for future reference.
Pegasus F2 N 2S is a high-effi ciency heat generator for central heating running on natural or liquid gas
(confi gurable at installation time) and regulated by an advanced electronic control system.
The boiler shell consists of cast-iron elements whose particular shape guarantees high exchange
effi ciency under all operating conditions and an open-fl ue burner equipped with electronic ignition
and ionization fl ame control.
The boiler outfi t moreover includes an automatic boiler air vent valve, a 2-stage control thermostat,
a safety thermostat and fl ue thermostat.
Thanks to the electronic ignition and fl ame control system, unit operation is for the most part
automatic.
The user only has to set the system temperature by means of the control thermostat.
