place edge of fold left against the guide on the blindstitch foot/sole
select needle position at the desired distance left from the folded edge
Hem edges
place edge of fold (inside upper edge of hem) right against the guide on the
Blindstitch foot/sole
select needle position to the right to sew along the upper edge
Blindstitch foot/sole no. 5
Needle position left or far right.
reverse pattern foot/sole no. 1 and edge stitch foot no. 10

Wide edgestitching
material guidance
Presser foot as guide:
guide the folded edge along the edge of the presser foot
Stitch plate as guide:
guide the folded edge along the marks on the stitch plate (1 to 2.5cm)
Seam guide as guide:
loosen the screw on the back of the presser foot
insert the seam guide into the hole of the presser foot
adjust the wide as desired
tighten the screw
guide the folded edge along the seam guide
presser foot shaft/sole
insert the seam guide into the hole of the presser foot shank
adjust wide as desired
guide the folded edge along the seam guide
To sew parallel wide lines, guide the seam guide along a previously sewn line
of stitches.
