CONSOLE DIAGRAM
FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE
The advanced console offers an array of features
designed to make your workouts more effective and
enjoyable.
When you use the manual mode of the console, you
can change the resistance of the pedals with the touch
of a button. While you exercise, the console will display
continuous exercise feedback. You can also measure
your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sensor or the
included heart rate monitor.
The console also offers twenty-four preset workouts—
twelve hill climbing workouts and twelve interval
workouts. Each workout automatically changes the
resistance of the pedals and prompts you to vary your
pedaling speed as it guides you through an effective
workout.
The console also offers a constant power workout that
changes the resistance of the pedals to keep your
power output near a target level.
The console features an iFit training mode that allows
your console to communicate with your wireless net-
work through an optional iFit Live module.
With the iFit Live mode, you can download personal-
ized workouts, create your own workouts, track your
workout results, and access many other features. See
www.iFit.com for complete information.
To purchase an iFit Live module at any time, go to
www.iFit.com or call the telephone number on the
front cover of this manual.
You can even connect your MP3 player or CD player
to the console sound system and listen to your favorite
music or audio books while you exercise.
