The Overlay Name is a random name of your selection.

Click on the OK button.

Highlight the overlay name in Defined Overlays.

Click on the Add button to add the overlay to the list in
Active Overlays.

Select Use Overlay from the drop down list.

Click on OK sufficient times to close the printer dialogue
box.
