(2) Confirmation of Digital Channel input
Connect the cable from the antenna or cable system for digital CH to the ANTENNA (A) terminal of the DTV Tuner Unit.
Select "Cable/Antenna" in Input Setup, and press OK to start Auto Scan. Then, select the desired CH.
Is the voltage of Pin 36 of P7007 (D/A-SW)
on the Tuner C.B.A. approx. 0V (Low)?
No picture or No sound?
Are there video signals at the following points
on the Tuner C.B.A.?
P7007(Pin 10): Y signal
P7007(Pin 12): PB signal
P7007(Pin 14): PR signal
Replace the DTV Tuner Unit
Are there audio signal at Pin 24 and 26 of
P7007 on the Tuner C.B.A.?
Replace the DTV Tuner Unit
NG Is the voltage at Pin 58 of IC6003
(D/A-SW) on the Main C.B.A. approx.
+3.3V (High)?
OK
Check D/A-SW signal line between
Pin 58 of IC6003 on the Main C.B.A.
and Pin 36 of P7007 on the Tuner C.B.A.
