1 Place maintenance
off-hook.
2 D i a l t h e D i a g n o s t i c T e s t A c c e s s C o d e .
3 Dial 7 for placing a circuit in-service.
If a single circuit is to be placed in-
service, dial the four digit PEN n u m -
bar of the circuit.
If all the circuits in a PCB are to be
placed in-service, dial the first three
digits of the PEN number for the PCB
f o l l o w e d b y d i g i t 8 . F o r a n
the first three digits of the PEN num-
ber associated with the first eight cir-
cuits followed by an 8, then dial the
f i r s t t h r e e d i g i t s o f t h e a s s o c i a t e d P E N
number for the second eight circuits
