Installation Test Procedures
NOTES: 1) If the system
test is classmarked with TSTAPP feature, the maintenance test phone is not required to enable
Apparatus Diagnostic routines; therefore, perform only steps 5 through 9.
2) If the system option flag TSTDIAG has been disabled in the data base or the Siemens Digital Telephone under
test is not classmarked with the TSTAPP feature, the maintenance test phone is required to enable or disable
the Apparatus Diagnostic routines; therefore, perform the entire procedure (steps 1 through 10).
PROCEDURE
1 Place maintenance
off-hook.

nostic test.

G Dial the Siemens Digital Telephone
test access code.
7 Depress any button in the Siemens
D i g i t a l T e l e p h o n e u n d e r t e s t t o i n i t i a t e
test.
(Note: The display test can be sus-
pended any time by depressing any
button. The test can be resumed at
any time in the same manner.)
