Covered: Manufacturing defects (as determined by R.E.D.) some
examples listed below.
• Defective sewing
• Defective hardware
• Defective zippers and snaps
• Cracking/breaking of any parts, not due to misuse, abuse, neglect,
impact, or the use of paint and/or solvents
Not Covered:
• Any problem resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect
• Damage caused from impact
• Cosmetic issues including discolored fabrics, shell dents
• Damage caused by any modifications
• Rips and tears
• Fading (this includes UV damage)
• Pilling
• Shrinking
• Damage (including color bleeding) resulting from improper
washing, improper detergents, or exposure to liquid, water, beer,
rain, sand, nachos or dirt.
