Consumer Warranty Coverage

Thank you for purchasing this product. This Audex product is covered by
two different warranties; one that covers the helmet or padded hat and
related components, which is administered by R.E.D., and one that covers
the S805 Bluetooth module system, and which is administered by
Motorola, Inc.
Audex Warranty Policy – Helmet/Padded Hat
and Related Components Coverage
R.E.D. warrants all products sold by R.E.D. to be free of defects in
material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
purchase.
If a product is found to be defective by R.E.D., in its sole discretion,
R.E.D.'s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the
defective product. R.E.D. will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or
damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product. This warranty is
subject to the following limitations, in addition to any imposed by virtue of
applicable law.
• The warranty applies only to R.E.D. products purchased from an
authorized dealer and is valid for the original purchaser only.
• All products returned to R.E.D. for warranty inspection must receive
prior return authorization which can be given over the phone.
Ship products freight prepaid and insured. R.E.D. assumes no
responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to
our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
• Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the S805 module.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
