B. Verify that the
RPM Sensor
LED on the MCB
is responding,
see page 26. If
LED does not
respond replace
MCB.
A. Engage
Manager Mode
and verify that
the MIN SPD, ½
SPD and MAX
SPD are set
correctly. See
page 9.
B. Engage Speed
Calibration, see
page 19. If
speed calibration
can not be
obtained,
replace the
MCB.
C. Turn unit off and
verify that the
motor brushes
are secured
within the motor.
A. Engage Motor
Test Mode, see
page 17 and
verify elevation
response and
corresponding
LEDs on the
MCB operate
correctly, see
page 26. No
LED or Elevation
Motor response
would indicate
MCB re-
placement.
B. If elevation
motor appears to
grind or overheat
would indicate
Elevation Motor
replacement.
