Directory

About the directory
The drectory can store up to 30 entres. Each entry may consst of a phone number
up to 30 dgts and a name up to 15 characters.
Each handset drectory s ndependent (for CS6114-2 only). Any addtons,
deletions or edits made on one handset are not reflected on the other handset.
When there are no records n the drectory, the handset dsplays
Directory empty.
When the drectory s full and you try to save an entry, the handset dsplays
Directory full.
When you try to save an entry already stored n the drectory, the handset shows
Number repeated.
Add a directory entry
Enter the number when the handset s not n use. Press MENU,

then go to Step 3.

Press MENU/SELECT three tmes when the handset s not
n use.
When Enter number dsplays, use the dalng keys to enter

Press DELETE to backspace and erase a dgt.
Press and hold DELETE to erase the entre entry.

Press and hold PAUSE to nsert a dalng pause
(a P appears).

Copy a number from the redal lst by pressng REDIAL and
then press ,
Press SELECT to copy the number.
Press SELECT to move to the name. The handset dsplays

Enter name.

Use the dalng keys to enter the name. Each tme you press a
key, the character on that key appears. Addtonal key presses
produce other characters on that key. Press the key repeatedly
until the desired character appears. The first character of
every word s captalzed.
Press DELETE to backspace and erase a character.
Press and hold DELETE to erase the entre entry.

Press SELECT to confirm. The handset displays Saved and then
