Recommendations
Wash and clean potatoes and pierce with a
fork.
Brush skin with olive oil and spices.
Put potatoes, each about 200g side by side
on grill insert with ceramic tray, shelf
level 1.
Brush chilled chicken with oil and spices.
Put breast-side-down, with the legs ends
to the left side, in the middle of grill insert
with ceramic tray, shelf level 1.
Turn over, as soon as the oven beeps. Push
start button to continue process.
Brush the beef/ lamb with oil and spices
(pepper only, salt should be added after
roasting).
Put it on the grill insert with ceramic tray,
shelf level 1, with the fat-side down.
Turn over, as soon as the oven beeps.
Press start to continue cooking process.
Brush skin of whole fish with oil and add
herbs and spices. Put fish side by side,
head to tail, widthways on grill insert with
ceramic tray, shelf level 2. Turn over, as
soon as the beep sounds. Push start button
to continue process.
Preheat the oven, using fan oven mode to
150°C. Put fresh dough (marble or lemon
batter) into suitable sized rectangular metal
baking dish. Put dish lengthways to the door,
on the oven rack, shelf level 1.
This programme is suitable for batter, such
as lemon cake, hazelnut cake and marble
cake.
Preheat the oven, using fan oven mode to
170°C. Put muffin dough into metal muffin
dish, suitable for 6 muffins. Set dish in the
middle of oven rack, shelf level 1. 0.3kg
weight is recommended for muffins of each
45g, 0.4kg weight is recommended for large
sized muffins, each 65g.
