Locked means that you cannot log out
of the group. You always receive calls
that come in to this Hunt group.
This is the extension to which
the calls are coming in, not
the Hunt group number.
Your administrator may have mapped a particular hunt group to an
Access button. If this is the case, the indicator to the left of the button
lights up when you are logged in to the hunt group.
If you have logged in to a dynamic hunt group, and then do not answer a
call when it rings on your telephone, the system automatically logs you
out.
Calls that come in to your telephone through your extension follow the
coverage path that you have set up. Calls that come in to your telephone
through Hunt groups and Calling groups follow the coverage path set up
for that group.
Unlocked means that you can
log in and out of the group as
required.
Select a group and then click the
Details button to view which users
belong to a group.
